The ISM–Florida Gulf Coast Scholarship Program

The Institute for Supply Management – Florida Gulf Coast Inc.’s Ron Smith Memorial Scholarship Program provides scholarship awards to qualified candidates.

Ron Smith, a dedicated and selfless volunteer who served on the board of ISM-Florida Gulf Coast for many years, passed away in 2004.  The ISM – Florida Gulf Coast, Inc. board of directors established a scholarship program in his honor.  Scholarship awards are based upon carefully monitored criteria and are reviewed by an independent committee of supply management professionals and academic representatives.  Scholarships are intended to assist Tampa Bay area students attending Florida colleges & universities offering Supply Chain Management studies.

Past awards have been made to students from Florida State University and the University of Florida.
