ISM-Florida Gulf Coast Annual Membership Meeting – June 17, 2010 – The Rusty Pelican
Please join us on June 17, 2010 at 6:00 pm for a Special Membership Meeting of ISM-Florida Gulf Coast, Inc. at The Rusty Pelican at Rocky Point in Tampa.
Bring your bosses and colleagues to hear Ms. Geri M. McGurk, CFP, speak on a most timely and useful topic, “The Economic Outlook for the Tampa Bay Area.” Ms. McGurk is a financial advisor and is First Vice President for SunTrust Investment Services, Inc.
We will also honor the many volunteers whose service makes the ISM-Florida Gulf Coast affiliate the successful organization it is today. Be sure to be there to offer your congratulations.
NOTE : Before the June 17 meeting, we will be offering a special pre-meeting workshop on “Cost Reduction Techniques”.
Sam Farney will provide an overview at the pre-meeting on the September 15-16 SourcingApps Seminar. AMENDMENT TO THE ISM-Florida Gulf Coast, Inc. BYLAWS
The following amendment was approved by the ISM-FGC membership and the Bylaws have been updated pursuant to a request from ISM to comply with ISM Bylaws:
“Regular Members – A person shall be eligible to be a Regular member of the Association who satisfies the eligibility requirements of a Regular member of an Affiliated Association as defined in the bylaws of the Institute for Supply Management, Inc™ (ISM), as amended from time to time. Regular members of this Association shall have the right to cast one vote on all questions which require a vote of the Regular members of this Association other than those Regular members who, pursuant to the ISM Bylaws, as amended from time to time, do not have voting rights.”
